A contractor working for the Town of Barnstable, C. Naughton Corporation, will continue construction of planned water main replacement within the vicinity of Mary Dunn Road and Airport Way, Hyannis.
To facilitate work during the week of January 12, 2025, the following schedule and traffic patterns modifications are anticipated:
- Monday, January 12, through Tuesday, January 13
- Work will occur from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Traffic pattern modifications will include temporary lane closures with single-lane alternating traffic, and temporary lane narrowing
- Wednesday, January 14, through Friday, January 16
- Work will occur overnight from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Mary Dunn Road south of Independence Drive will be closed. Throughout active overnight construction, access to businesses and residences will be maintained.
As always, please slow down and use extreme caution when traveling through road construction areas and follow posted safety and detour signs.
