Public Meeting Announcement Regarding Proposed Regulations
Restricting the Sale of Nicotine and Tobacco Products
The Town of Barnstable Board of Health will be holding a Public Hearing regarding Proposed Tobacco and Nicotine Control Regulations on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 3:00 PM.
This Public Hearing will be held at the Barnstable Town Hall, 367 Main Street Hyannis, on the second floor in the James H. Crocker Jr. Hearing Room.
Attached is the proposal which will be discussed.
