Beginning Monday, September 14, a contractor working for the Town of Barnstable, CC Construction Inc., will resume sewer installation on Route 28 in Centerville as part of the Centerville Village Sewer Expansion Project-North Phase.
To facilitate this work, Route 28, from Phinney’s Lane to Old Stage Road, will be closed from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday evening to Friday Morning, weather permitting.
Outside of construction hours the road will re-open to all traffic. Throughout construction, residential and emergency access will be maintained. Traffic control personnel will be onsite to assist motorists.
