On Monday, December 22, and Tuesday, December 23, 2025, a contractor working for the Town of Barnstable, Lawrence Lynch Corp., will be performing sewer manhole adjustments on Phinney’s Lane. This work will occur in the vicinity of Sail-A-Way and Longview Drive.
To facilitate this work, traffic modifications including temporary lane closures with single-lane alternating traffic, or temporary lane narrowing, are anticipated during construction hours, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
As always, please slow down and use extreme caution when traveling through road construction areas and follow posted safety and detour signs.
