A contractor working for the Town of Barnstable, C.C. Construction, will resume sewer construction on Phinney’s Lane, within the vicinity of Old Post Road and Sachem Drive, as part of the Centerville Village Sewer Expansion Project – North Phase.
During construction hours, a portion of Phinney’s Lane will be closed between Route 28 and Main Street (Centerville). Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, weather permitting.
Please note that off-road pump station construction will also continue near Mother’s Park. While major traffic impacts are not expected in that area, motorists should be aware of ongoing construction activity.
