The Town of Barnstable is pleased to announce the availability the final 2025 round of Opioid Abatement Funds to support local initiatives that aim to make a positive impact on the community. Town of Barnstable based projects will be considered for grant awards up to $50,000. Projects must serve residents of the Town of Barnstable and deliver services in the areas of substance use prevention/education, harm reduction, treatment services, or recovery supports.
Organizations selected for funding will enter into a contract with the Town of Barnstable to deliver the programs and services outlined in the application.
