The Cape Cod Commission will hold a virtual public hearing on the following Project on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. At the hearing, the Cape Cod Commission will take testimony, discuss the Project, and
Communities, LLC as regards the following Project:
review the draft Development Agreement recommended by the 35 Scudder Residential Community subcommittee in accordance with Chapter D of the Cape Cod Commission Regulations of General
Application, Development Agreement Regulations Governing the Provision for Development Agreements.
The Cape Cod Commission, at its discretion, may vote whether to approve and authorize its signature to a
