The Town of Barnstable will be hosting a public meeting at Liberty Hall, 2150 Main Street, Marstons Mills on Wednesday, October 23rd at 7:00 PM to present three draft design concepts for the Marstons Mills School property (2095 Main Street).
These design concepts were developed using feedback from initial public outreach meetings and public comment that took place during the spring of 2024.
The three concepts to be considered are: a public recreation-only plan; a plan that mixes recreation amenities with townhouse-style housing; and a plan that mixes recreation amenities with single-family homes. Each concept also examined other considerations such as village center gathering space, parking, traffic, etc.

Feedback on these concepts will be presented to the Barnstable Town Council at an upcoming meeting for their consideration.
