In accordance with Massachusetts General Law (MGL) Chapter 87, Shade Trees, all persons deemed interested or affected by the Town of Barnstable’s proposed tree removal are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held to discuss the removal of 91 trees. The tree removals are necessary to support Phase 3 of the Cod Rail Trail (CCRT), which will extend the trail from Old Town House Road in Yarmouth to Mary Dunn Road in Barnstable.
This hearing will be held virtually via Zoom on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 6:00PM.
Trees to be removed are located immediately adjacent to the following property: 0 Mary Dunn Rd, Barnstable PID# 347002001 (91 trees)
