The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) in partnership with Executive Office of Public Safety and Security (EOPSS) are co-chairing the School Resource Officer (SRO) Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) Commission.

The Commission is tasked with updating its 2018 model MOU to be used as a template for local communities to adapt to meet their needs. This Commission is seeking public input on the types of information that should be included in the MOU. Please take approximately ten (10) minutes to complete the survey to help the Commission hear public feedback.

Survey participants are encouraged to respond to all questions; however all are optional if there is a preference not to respond to a specific question. Public comments can be submitted in addition to survey responses, and will also help inform the Commission in the development of the MOU. All feedback is voluntary and anonymous.
