On Wednesday, May 8 and Thursday, May 9, 2024, the Town of Barnstable’s contractor, Robert B. Our, will be performing necessary sewer upgrades on Ocean Street, Hyannis. Construction will occur during the overnight hours, from 7:00PM to 5:00AM. As a result, Ocean Street, from Old Colony Road to Bay Street, will be closed to thru traffic to safely complete this work.
Posted detours will be in place, along with traffic control to assist in directing motorists. As always, please slow down and use extreme caution when traveling through the road construction areas, and follow posted safety and detour signs.
