Route 28 East Sewer Expansion Project Construction Update
(HYANNIS, MA – November 28, 2023) Starting Thursday, November 30, 2023, the Town of Barnstable’s Contractor, Robert B. Our, will resume remaining sewer installation on Phinney’s Lane, from Wequaquet Lane to Great Marsh Road, requiring this section of road to be closed during work hours. This work will not impact the recently paved sections of Phinney’s Lane. Work will occur Monday through Friday, from approximately 7:00AM to 5:00PM, weather permitting.
Local resident and emergency access will be maintained throughout construction, with traffic control onsite to assist motorists.
