TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Modified Work Hours for Sewer Construction on Main Street, Hyannis

Starting on Monday, March 4, 2024, the Town of Barnstable’s contractor, RJV Construction Corporation, will be modifying in-road work hours to begin at 8:00AM.

Sewer construction related to the 725 Main Street Sewer Pump Station Project continues to advance, requiring a single-direction detour for eastbound traffic on Main Street, Hyannis, from the West End Rotary to Sea Street Extension. Westbound traffic will continue to be maintained, and Stevens Street will remain open and accessible. In-road work hours will now occur Monday through Friday, from approximately 8:00AM to 5:00PM, weather permitting.
