The proposed Downtown Hyannis Zoning Revision and a draft map of the proposed Districts, as well as additional information can be found on the Town’s Downtown Hyannis Zoning Revision webpage.
The zoning for downtown Hyannis is proposed to be revised, with a particular focus on residential and mixed-use development that responds to local context through size, form, placement, and design considerations.
An updated draft of the proposed zoning is on the project webpage for review and comment.
On Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at 6:00 PM Planning and Development staff will host a follow-up virtual public meeting to provide updates on the Downtown Hyannis Zoning revision. The meeting will offer an overview of the proposed zoning, how the proposal has been updated since it was first released for comment, and a summary of how the proposal varies from current zoning.
