Below are the options by which you can obtain a 2022 beach permit. Please be advised that beach stickers are no longer being issued in person.
Online: Beach stickers may be purchased online by logging into barnstablema.viewpointcloud.com and following the instructions to purchase your permit(s). If you need assistance using the online system, please call Shirlee Oakley at 508-862-4756 for support. By Mail: Mail-in applications can be downloaded from townofbarnstable.us/ Recreation, then click on “Beaches”, then “Beach Permits and Regulations”. Permit applications are available at the Hyannis Youth & Community Center (HYCC) if you are unable to print the application.
Drop Box: Completed forms can be placed in the drop box located outside the front door of the HYCC. Permit applications may be picked up at the HYCC.
Please be aware that given the high volume of permit applications, current turnaround time for stickers to be issued is 2-4 weeks. We will be honoring 2021 beach stickers until Friday, June 24, 2022. For beach stickers that are purchased online, we will honor the paid receipt through June 24, 2022, as long as the receipt is displayed on the vehicle dashboard.
