Contractors for the Town of Barnstable are scheduled to perform land surveying at Bismore Park Marina and vicinity and a hydrographic survey in Hyannis Inner Harbor. This work is scheduled to start the week of April 11, 2022 and is anticipated to be completed by the end of April 2022, weather permitting.
Normal hours of work will be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday, holidays excepted.
The work is not expected to create traffic delays or to interfere with maritime activities.

These surveys will collect necessary information for proposed projects to dredge portions of Hyannis Inner Harbor and to rehabilitate infrastructure at Bismore Park/Bismore Park Marina and associated locations. These projects are planned for construction starting in 2025 and will be presented prior to that in public meetings as master planning, design, and permitting progress.
Drivers, mariners, and other facility users are advised to please slow down and use extreme caution when traveling through these areas during surveying activities, and to follow posted safety signs and police/flagger directions.
