Currently within Phase 1 of the Comprehensive Wastewater Management Plan, we are pleased to provide the following project status updates:
- Strawberry Hill Road Sewer Expansion Project: 95% complete; sewer construction within the roadway has been completed on time and on budget. Strawberry Hill Road Sewer Pump Station is near completion, awaiting electrical service. Per our utility partner, Eversource, we anticipate the transformers for the pump station to arrive in early fall.
- Route 28 East Sewer Expansion Project: 40% complete; the contractor has completed sewer construction within the roadway for this season and will return to the southerly portion of Phinney’s Lane this fall.
- Sewer pump station work will continue at 528 Craigville Beach Road and 1456 Falmouth Road/ Route 28. No roadway impacts are anticipated.
