The Town of Barnstable invites interested individuals to attend an informational meeting to review planned sewer construction as part of the Centerville Village Sewer Expansion Project – North Phase.
The informational session will be held:
IN-PERSON on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at 6:00 PM
Location: Barnstable Adult Community Center, 825 Falmouth Road, Hyannis
The North Phase of this project will sewer a portion of Route 28, from Phinney’s Lane to Old Stage Road, Old Stage Road, from Route 28 to Shootflying Hill Road, and Shootflying Hill Road, from Old Stage Road to Service Road. Additionally, the project includes sewer expansion on Phinney’s Lane, from Route 28 to Mother’s Park Road, as well as portions of Main Street, from Mother’s Park Road to Old Stage Road. Please note, the scope of this construction activity ends north of the Main Street/Old Stage Road/ Park Avenue intersection and does not include sewering the remaining portion of Main Street, Centerville, which will be addressed during a second, South Phase of sewer expansion.
Staff from the Barnstable Department of Public Works will provide a presentation on the topic and answer questions from the public.
