Starting on December 16, 2024, a contractor for the Town of Barnstable, CC Construction, is scheduled to conduct pre-construction activities along Shootflying Hill Road, Centerville. Work will occur from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This phase of the project is expected to be completed by the end of January 2025, weather permitting.
At times temporary lane closures with an alternating traffic pattern will be implemented to provide an adequate and safe work zone. Barnstable Police Department will be onsite to assist motorists as needed.
As always, please slow down and use extreme caution when traveling through the road construction areas and follow posted safety and detour signs.
